We don't just "get down to business"... we look at pictures together, discuss her gown and hair, her style of wedding, her "glamour comfort level" and her visual fantasies about her most important day. How she looks is secondary only to how she feels at her wedding, which is not only the most important, but certainly the most expensive day of her life.That having been said, it is lovely to be able to reassure you that something as vital as how your face looks on your wedding day will cost you less to create than any other single component of your wedding.Typically, a Façade bride's run-through will take almost twice as long as her wedding day face, because we "tweak" the face at several stages until it is absolutely perfect for each bride. She also has the option of changing any part of her finished face that she wishes up until the day of her wedding.Harmony and serenity are the hallmarks of the Façade Bride, as well as a beautiful classic face that will photograph exquisitely. By the time our clients come to us, they have wasted too much time on unmemorable '10 minute make-overs' at countless makeup counters and too much money on products that are either unnecessary or useless because of sloppy instruction and advice. They don't know how to use what they have and they don't want more of the same.A makeup lesson at Façade includes going through each client's own makeup, keeping what is actually useful, hip or timeless, and getting rid of what is not. Then we supplement what is left with needed products and/or tools. Every girl needs a 10 minute 'drill' to put on her facade (or face) every day, and she needs to know that she can easily replicate it daily.This is our powerful edge in the makeup business...we can teach any woman to do her makeup easily, quickly and in a modern, personal way and help her to reach past the fear that she can't do it...so she can welcome the strength that is inherent in knowing that she has fully grasped her true inner power and hidden beauty potential.
